Hannah Stouffer

When she's not working for high profile clients such as Coca Cola and the New York Time, Hannah Stouffer does really nice prints. Entitled "Smoke Diamond" this 9x12 print is a nice example of Hannah's work. The mix of vintage ornemantation with contaporary elements is a recurrent theme in both her personnal and commercial work. Phil Ashcroft, alias PhlAsh, nous propose une version rare de sa célèbre pièce «Yeti Over Mount Fuji» Disponible en plusieurs version sur son site web. Ashcroft est un artiste établie depuis un certain temps, fort de plusieurs exposition en solo, il en compte plus de 7 au cours des 10 dernières années. M-city, Bomb

On observe dans sont style des influences traditionnelles japonnaises et un style contemporain plus «occidental».

Is it a last chance mixtape for the future ex-loved one? Or a tribute to Aerosmith, The door, Ac/Dc or Muddy Waters? We Dont' know. But we know that Jordan Crane as a new print! Baxter Orr is not just making reference to Barak Obama's past, he also makes reference to the 2 poster by Shepard Fairey made tu support Obama, Hope and Change. We dont know Orr's political color, but he shure knew how to use the 3 ones that went on this 18x24 signed and numbered silkscreen. New Print Section @ Poketo!

Founded by Ted Vadakan and Angie Myung, Poketo started by selling artist desingned wallets as promotionnal tools, and also for the purpose of bringing art in the every day life. Relying on a strong network of over 100 international artists they also offer artist designed T-shirts, bags, homeware, accessories. The next logical step was prints. They took it by organizing a show called "first edition" (march 22), and by opening a new print section on their website. To celebrate the event, they are pre-releasing 2 prints! This 8x10 edition of 100 letterpressed print, created by internationaly aclaimed artist collective Little friend of print making and entitled "Cosmic Drawer" is one of them, and is available now! . Brazil's rising star Bruno 9li created a whole universe using only ink and marker pens. Like an alchimist of geometry, he elaborates complex characters and animals all trapped in a dreamlike metaphysical world. The blend of japanese influences and the strange carnival feel of this print is a superb examble of 9li's mystical work. Elvis a quitté l’édifice !!

Baxter Orr nous propose deux nouvelles pièces. ELVIS in Gunmetal! (à gauche, 16” x 20 ” sur papier blanc archive, 4 couleurs sérigraphiées) et ELVIS in Pink! (à droite… évidemment ! 16” x 20 ” sur papier blanc archive, 3 couleurs) elles seront misent en vente le 11 mars 2008. Toutes deux seront produites en édition de 77 copies, pour commémorer le 30e anniversaire de la mort du King en 1977.

Ce jeune artiste basé à Austin, Texas, ne cesse de s’améliorer; son style à la fois épurer et ironique évolue de pièces en pièces. Les traits larges et l’absence de détails superflus laisse transpirer un esprit rebelle et iconoclaste. Il travaille présentement à l’élaboration d’une série qui devrait s’intituler PROTECT YOURSELF-ICONS, je suis impatient de voir ce que l’ami Baxter nous réserve !

Matsuyama's Secret Stash Of Prints @ Arkitip!

Combining design and graffiti techniques along with the modern abstract techniques of dripping paints and splashing colors, artist Tomokazu Matsuyama as develloped a truly unique style strongly influenced by his japanese roots. Entitled Fl-ye, this 16x20 silkscreen was relaesed a while ago for Arkitip, under his street tag name Matzu-MTP. There is still some unsold signed and numbered copys of the edition of 100 in the Arkitip vault. The secret is now revealed!

Bloo Emppire

Keelley Carrigan, known as Bloo Empire, reings over a multitude of funny little characters that are living in a colorful world. Carrigans mostly gets his inspiration from his childhood.That way he brings us in a fun and playful universe that's a bit like if Jeff Soto was meeting the Pokemons for a Nintendo afternoon. This cool edition of ten 18x24, 14 layers screenprint is entitled "Bot Battle". It can be found in the store section of the Empire. We hope to see more prints from the Bloo, because practice makes perfect!!

Enfu's new prints

Ken Taya aka Enfu master of "Nippop" is back with new prints that once again fuse american and asian culture together. "Ase Cola" is one of those news prints. It's a 6x6x3/4 four color mixed media serigraph with multiple polymer coats plus UVLS varnish on unstained natural flat grained bamboo veneer. The edition of 25 is singed and numbered on the back and it comes with a certificate of authenticity. A Platinum edition of 6 of the same print as been created with a two color screening, and a thicker varnish coating (see bottom pic). Another new print entitled "U-Bin Box" is also available in both "original" and "Platinum" edition. They all can be found here. Gary Baseman New Print!

Master of Lowbrow Gary Baseman (pictured here) teamed up with Decoder Ring Design Concern to bring us this amazing 24 layer serigraph entitled "Celeste" (also pictured here!) number 7 of their faboulus art print serie. In the purest Baseman style, this print as been produced in a edition of 100, but only 80 will be available for purchase! It's of course signed, numbered and embossed. do we have to tell you that they will go fast?! Aesthetic Apparatus

Founded by poster boys Dan Ibarra & Michael Byzewski in 1999 as a side project fromtheir "real jobs", Aestetic Aparatus
as been since very active on the limited edition, screen printed concert posters scene. Not only they make rock posters, they also make really nice screenprints. "Postsynaptic Profile" a big 26x34 five color screenprint is a good example of what they do, since the use of photographic images is frequent in their work. You can see (and buy) all of their nice products, like some one of a kind test prints, on their website.

Kenyon Bajus

Philadelphia suburban dweller and illustrator Keyon Bajus pratcice what he call graphic satire. We can not argue with him on that matter since his work as a strong socio-political dna. This 18x24 screenprint called "World Police", is not his strongest statement, but has the advantage of being featured on page 156 of the march edition of Juxtapoz.

Chris Kerr

When he's not hicking trough a magical forest, or drinking beer with elfs, multidisciplinary artist Chris Kerr make some pretty out of this world prints. His style is hard to define, but all we can say is that we very much like his particular aesthetic. Respectively entitled "Who drank all the blood?", and "Coke Kills Elves" these two screeprints are good examples of wath is going on in Kerr's mind. The first one is a 4 color 9.25x11.25 signed and number edition of 46, while the other one is a 8.5x11 two color singned and numbered edition of 26. Both can be find at Little Paper Planes or at slimlimb ... home of the Chris Kerr realm.

Ericailcane ou Eric le chien

Ericailcane, ou Eric the Dog, nous dévoile une nouvelle pièce chez POW! Il s’agit d'une magnifique sérigraphie en deux couleurs, sur papier recycler pur blanc 250 gsm, mesurant 41.5 x 70 mm et coûtant £150.00 (295$ US). The Date Farmers On Obama

The Date Farmers have created for Upper Playground a mass produced offset poster to support the Obama campaign in the Texas primary. The same image as been release as an hand made edition of 300 18x24 signed and numberred screenprints, that you can find here They are 200$ a piece, and all the proceeds of the sale will go to the production of more campaing posters by other artists in support of the great black hope Barak Obama. We cant' get enough of that kind of propaganda!

Jeune artiste de rue, plus particulièrement les rues de Sydney en Australie, Kill Pixie est un ancien adepte du graphity, travaille maintenant en atelier. Pour ce faire, il a dû migrer vers des mediums plus soft que la traditionnel peinture-aerosole, à savoir ; l'encre, l'aquarelle, l'acrylique. Son travail dans les textures est extrêmement unorthodox et ses personnages semblent toujours sortir d'un univers paranoïaque. Enfu Master Of Nippop

We just love hand pulled serigraph, and we appreciate artists that specialize in this medium. It's the case of Enfu (aka Ken Taya), a japanese/american artist who combine is two cultures to bring us what he call "Hybrid Nippop". This 10x13 9colors serigraph intitled "Darumi" is a nice example of the "Nippop" flavor.
